When purchasing from Honour Caps we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the circumstance where you are not completely satisfied, we supply a 21-day money back guarantee for all non-customised items. For customised items we are unable to provide the money back guarantee unless the item is faulty.
If the item is being exchanged or refunded we will not assume the cost for the return postage unless the item is faulty. In these instances we require a copy of the postage receipt and the money will be refunded within 7 days. Exchanges will also be concluded within 7 days of our warehouse receiving the goods (7 days does not include Bank Holidays, 1 extra day will be added for this).
For your own consumer protection we advise that you use Royal Mail 1st class Special Delivery, this will enable you to track the package and our team can sign for receipt of delivery. All exchanges are sent by us on 2nd Class postage terms.
* International customers will be responsible for all shipping cost and payment will be required prior to dispatching an international exchange.
*Please contact us on 0141 554 0448 to receive a returns number before sending any goods back to our warehouse. All returns must have the number clearly marked on the outer shell of the packaging.
Any goods returned to us without a returns number can be delayed indefinitely.
